Gage R&R Studies
Gage repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) studies are a critical part of a successful process control system, but it is amazing how many do not understand how to properly conduct a study or how to interpret the results.
A gage R&R study will tell operators if the measurement system is acceptable for its intended use. The gage studies also shows which part of the measurement system is contributing the most to the variation of the measurements and helps operators plan improvements to the system. Producibility process capabilities are also important.
GD&T Training
Specialized training to ensure that your team doesn't only know how to measure with your measurement system, but to the geometric dimension and tolerancing standards of the engineering requirements. Many companies do not allow feature or datum bonus tolerances which will yield acceptable products.
DMIS Programming
DMIS Programming—Off-line programming and trouble shooting of CMM programs available, along with Training—customized training to meet your CMM programming needs. Customized database implementations are available to execute your measurement programs from a database on your network or computer.
